The Governing Board plays an important role in overseeing the work that God has given ULICAF to do and in stewarding the resources that God has provided ULICAF to accomplish that work. Strong faith and good governance are critical success factors in fulfilling the Board’s role.

“Have confidence in your leaders and submit to their authority, because they keep watch over you as those who must give an account. Do this so that their work will be a joy, not a burden, for that would be of no benefit to you” (Hebrews 13:17, NIV, 2011).
